If you aren't HIV positive and your girlfriend isn't HIV positive as?
If you aren't HIV positive and your girlfriend isn't HIV positive as well, can you contract HIV if your semen or her vaginal fluids get in contact with a small cut in your or her mouth (through oral sex)? You cannot contract HIV, or any other STI, from a person that does not have that STI. If you don't have HIV, you cannot pass it to your girlfriend. If your girlfriend does not have HIV, she cannot pass it to you. You cannot pass what you don't have. HIV is a virus. It does not spontaneously appear because of sex. It does not matter what kind of sex you are talking about.
