If I sleep naked with someone who has HPV, but its being treated,?

HPV is not treatable, so either the person is misinformed, lying, or you misunderstood. The answer is Yes. HPV commonly exists not just internally, but on the exterior of the skin. It can be all over the groin, on the pelvis, the testicles, vulva, butt, etc. That's why condoms don't prevent it in many cases. All it takes to transmit the virus is skin to skin contact. Therefore you Can contract it. I'd start wearing bottoms when you sleep with this person. Additionally, talk to them about why you think they're being treated". It's a virus, and there's no treatment for it at this point, at least until it turns into cancer.
